Those childhood adventures were her first education in land, community, and possibility.  After earning her degree in International Business Studies from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro she then spent time exploring the world and traveling through the United States, Mexico, Spain, Australia, and the Caribbean but always felt the pull of Arkansas and the real estate world she was raised in.  Telicia then entered the profession in 1999, and every year since has only deepened that calling.  Her inspiration has always come from people. Watching a military family receive keys to a home  they earned through sacrifice, or seeing a first-time buyer realize that homeownership is within reach, those are the moments that never get old. Real estate is one of the most meaningful things she can do for her community, and that is what continues to drive her every single day.

Telicia shared that her goals are rooted in growth for not only her clients but for our community and for the profession itself. Telicia is continually investing in education and professional development, and participating in the Arkansas Realtors Assocation at the state level, and advancing certifications that allow her to serve clients with greater expertise. She stated that you can never know enough, and there is always a better way.  As Telicia focuses on the future her priorities include, expanding their reach across the top third of Arkansas while maintaining the personal relationship first service clients our clients have come to trust. Growing advocacy for first-time homebuyers and military families and connecting them with every available resource from down payment assistance to creative financing solutions are another. Telicia also shared that she would like to expand their not-for-profit thrift store ABC 123, strengthen community partnerships, and pursue additional certifications and leadership roles. Ultimately, she wants ERA Doty Real Estate to be known not just as a place that closes transactions, but as a business that changes lives and strengthens the fabric of our community one family at a time.

Located just minutes from the crystal-clear waters of Bull Shoals Lake and world-class trout fishing on the majestic White River, Flippin is also close to the Buffalo National River Park and Lake Norfork. Flippin truly is a great starting point to fish, fly-fish, float, water ski, swim, scuba dive, wade, gaze down into the waters or up into the hills that surround you. Hickey Park has a giant playground, a basketball court, soccer and baseball fields and a great walking trail that is beautiful and gets you back in touch with nature.

When you're ready to relax and unwind, take a leisurely stroll down the sidewalks in our historic downtown area or the paved park trail, get a haircut, handmade bread or stop in for authentic Tex-Mex. A short walk can also get you to the Old Flippin Jail, Hickey Park and WalMart.
