We’ve included some background on our professional training and our family legacy. We are a family-owned and operated business owned by Bryan and Stacey Foster.
We provide a comprehensive range of professional home maintenance services, including:
- Exterior: Soft-wash house and roof cleaning, gutter cleaning/cleanouts, professional pressure washing, window cleaning, and expert fence and deck staining.
- Interior: Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, as well as our newly added hard surface cleaning and polishing for hardwood, tile, laminate, LVP, and LVT etc..
- Specialty: Custom holiday lighting installations.
The day-to-day operations are managed by Christian Foster, who continues our family’s commitment to excellence here in Marion and Baxter Counties.
Our story is really about keeping a legacy alive. The business was originally started by Leland Eddy and his grandson, Bryan. Leland moved here from Hannibal, MO, where he had years of experience in carpet cleaning. After arriving, he learned what people in his church were being charged for simple services and knew he could do better. He started the company to offer high-level professional services at affordable, fair industry rates for our local area.
The business helped Bryan through college as he earned his degrees in IT, Networking, and Web Development, and later, Christian took over management to expand our services even further. We saw a continued need for professional excellence, so we traveled to learn from the best in the country—including Jason Geiman (the "King of Pressure Washing") in Kentucky for exterior cleaning and professional Christmas light installation. We also trained with the pros at EXPERT Stain and Seal in Tennessee, where we received hands-on learning with specialized equipment and a deep dive into the science of stains and proper applications. Most recently, we invested in specialized equipment and training for hard surface restoration, allowing us to clean and polish everything from tile to luxury vinyl. We are constantly learning from the best leaders in our industry to ensure we bring the latest technology and professional knowledge back home to Flippin.
We are staying at the cutting edge of home services! Our biggest focus for this year is Permanent Holiday & Accent Lighting. We are undergoing specialized training for these permanent installations now, and we’re encouraging residents to get on the books ASAP.

Located just minutes from the crystal-clear waters of Bull Shoals Lake and world-class trout fishing on the majestic White River, Flippin is also close to the Buffalo National River Park and Lake Norfork. Flippin truly is a great starting point to fish, fly-fish, float, water ski, swim, scuba dive, wade, gaze down into the waters or up into the hills that surround you. Hickey Park has a giant playground, a basketball court, soccer and baseball fields and a great walking trail that is beautiful and gets you back in touch with nature.
When you're ready to relax and unwind, take a leisurely stroll down the sidewalks in our historic downtown area or the paved park trail, get a haircut, handmade bread or stop in for authentic Tex-Mex. A short walk can also get you to the Old Flippin Jail, Hickey Park and WalMart.
